INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE
Welcome to VCO Job (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and all related services.
By downloading, registering, or using VCO Job, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

ARTICLE 1: DEFINITIONS
- • "User" refers to the customer engaging services via the VCO Job platform.
- • "VCO Job" refers to Vifi Solutions and Technologies Private Limited.
- • "Independent Service Providers" refers collectively to the eligible independent service providers, vendors, partners, professionals, workers, franchisee, freelancers or associates who enroll on the VCO Job platform.

USER ELIGIBILITY
- • To register and use VCO Job, you must be at least 18 years of age.
- • Users below 18 may use the services only with verified parental or guardian consent.
- • For users below 18, verified parents or guardian are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, and their account cannot be transferred or sold.
YOU CONFIRM THAT:
- • You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract.
- • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
- • You are using the services for lawful purposes and not for fraudulent or abusive activity.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

• VCO Job is a digital platform where users can book various day to day services efficiently. Following the booking, independent service providers will visit the user directly for service requests.
- • VCO Job act solely as a platform, connecting both users or customers and independent service providers. VCO Job does not directly employ or control these independent service providers and therefore not liable for their performance, cost, verification, punctuality, or service outcomes.
- • We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue certain services at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDERS & ONSITE SERVICE POLICY

VCO Job operates solely as a platform provider that facilitates connections between users and enrolled independent service providers for the delivery of services. VCO Job expressly disclaims any responsibility for the actions, omissions, performance, or conduct of these independent service providers. The contractual relationship for the actual service delivery exists solely between the customers or users and the engaged independent service providers.
To ensure safety, efficiency, transparency, and cost-effectiveness, the following terms and conditions (the "Conditions") apply:

• Minimum Visit Fee: Booking charges shall vary contingent upon the specific services rendered. Such charges are non-refundable, except where VCO Job unilaterally cancels the scheduled appointment or service due to circumstances deemed unavoidable.

• Customer Presence: The customer or a duly authorized representative or agent thereof is required to be physically present at the service location throughout the entire duration of the scheduled service appointment.

• Safety & Work Conditions: The independent service providers reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service at any given location should that location be deemed unsafe or inaccessible, predicated upon verifiable and substantiated reasons.

• Photo Documentation: The independent service providers are hereby authorized to capture photographic documentation, specifically "before" and "after" images of the service location and completed work. Such imagery may be utilized for, but not limited to, internal verification processes, warranty claims management, insurance documentation, or any other legitimate business purposes.

• Supplied Parts: VCO Job expressly disclaims any and all liability for the failure or incompatibility of components, materials, or equipment supplied by the independent service providers.

• Professionalism: Independent service providers shall be obligated to maintain and adhere to stringent standards of professionalism, courtesy, and fiscal transparency. They shall execute all services with due care and diligence, ensuring strict adherence to all applicable industry safety standards, refraining from engaging in confrontational behavior with clients or third parties. Abstaining from the use or consumption of any intoxicating substances while on duty. Prioritizing the safety of all clients and individuals above all other considerations. All obligations and standards shall be performed in strict accordance with the rules, regulations, and legal compliances of all relevant authorities and governing bodies under the concerned jurisdiction.

• Data Protection and Confidentiality: Independent service providers shall be obligated to maintain the strictest confidentiality concerning all customer data and proprietary information belonging to VCO Job. Such confidential information shall not be disclosed, disseminated, shared, or otherwise made available to any third parties without the prior express written authorization of an authorized representative of VCO Job.

• Insurance and Assumption of Risk: The independent service provider is engaged as an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of VCO Job. The service provider warrants and agrees that they shall, at their sole expense, maintain all necessary and valid insurance coverage as required by applicable law, including, third-party motor vehicle liability insurance and, where applicable, life or health insurance. The service provider assumes all risk associated with traveling to the user's location and performing the services. VCO Job expressly disclaims and shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, accidents, or liabilities (including those arising from motor vehicle accidents, death, property damage, or any unavoidable circumstances) that may occur during transit or the performance of services. The service provider hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless VCO Job from any such claims.
Note: The full, legally binding terms are contained within the specific agreement documents signed by independent service providers during their registration process.

PAYMENTS, FEES & REFUND TERMS
- • All applicable service charges and waiting compensation rates are explicitly delineated within the app. Both the customer or user and the independent service providers must mutually confirm and accept these rates prior to the confirmation of any booking or engagement of any services.
- • Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, or net banking, processed securely through third-party gateways.
- • VCO Job reserves the right to assess and collect a non-refundable booking fee or convenience fee, as may be applicable or required, which shall be separate from any other service charges.
- • Refunds (if applicable) are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and are processed within 5–7 business days.
- • For certain services, the final charges shall be determined through direct negotiation between the users and the engaged independent service providers. In such instances, users must re-book and process their payment via the VCO Job app. Upon successful payment collection, VCO Job will disburse the "Service Fee" (calculated as earnings less any applicable fees, commissions, and taxes) to the independent service provider's designated in-app wallet. VCO Job shall endeavor to facilitate timely remittance; however, the independent service providers acknowledge and agree that potential processing delays may occur.
- • VCO Job shall not be held responsible or liable for any additional fees, charges, or levies imposed by third-party financial institutions, banks, digital wallets, or other payment intermediaries.

USERS RESPONSIBILITIES
Users agree to:
- • User’s covenants and warrants that all information provided during the registration process and subsequent service bookings shall be accurate, complete, and truthful.
- • User shall ensure their availability, or that of an authorized representative, throughout the duration of the scheduled visit by the service providers. Furthermore, the user is obligated to follow safety measures and provide a safe, accessible, and compliant working environment at the location of service.
- • Responsibility for User-Caused Damage - the independent service provider shall not be liable for any damage to the user's property that arises from or in connection with the user's own actions, omissions, negligence, misuse of the property, or failure to follow reasonable instructions or safety precautions during the provision of the services. The user shall be solely responsible for any such damage and hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless VCO Job and the independent service provider from any related claims or losses.
- • User is strictly prohibited from misusing the Application (the "App") or engaging in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities while utilizing the platform.
- • User expressly covenants and agrees not to engage in any form of tampering with, reverse-engineering of, or the unauthorized reselling or sublicensing of any features, content, or intellectual property contained within the Application (the "App").
- • Users are obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of all login credentials associated with their account. Users shall immediately notify VCO Job in writing upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorized access to their account or compromise of their credentials.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You shall not:
- • Create fake or duplicate accounts.
- • Interfere with the App’s functionality using automation, scraping, or hacking tools.
- • Post or transmit offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
- • Misuse discounts, offers, or referral programs.
- • Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
- • Users and service providers are strictly prohibited from conducting unauthorized transactions, making false claims of association with VCO Job, promising employment opportunities, or engaging in any deceptive practices that utilize VCO Job's name, trademarks, or intellectual property without explicit written consent.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- • All designs, interfaces, text, graphics, logos, icons, software code, and trademarks displayed on VCO Job are owned or licensed by us.
- • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App solely for personal or business or service purposes.
- • Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of VCO Job’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- • VCO Job provides its platform and services “as is” and “as available.”
- • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
- • VCO Job is not liable for delays, indirect damages, loss of data, or business interruption caused by third parties or unforeseen events.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION & JURISDICTION

All disputes, claims, complaints, allegations of misconduct (including but not limited to unprofessional conduct or misbehavior), or claims regarding costs shall be exclusively and strictly communicated to and governed by the laws and regulations of the applicable jurisdictional authorities or local governing body. VCO Job expressly disclaims any and all liability and responsibility for such matters and shall not be a party to any communication or resolution process related thereto. Both the users and the service providers hereby irrevocably agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the appropriate City, State, and Country for the resolution of all disputes and legal proceedings arising under this Agreement.

- All formal complaints shall be prioritized and logged within a forty-eight (48) hours period of receipt. Resolution of said complaints shall be executed within a commercially reasonable timeframe, contingent upon the complexity of the issue and subject to the cooperation.
