CANCELLATIONS
- • Severability: If any clause of this document is found invalid, the remaining clauses remain enforceable.
- • Force Majeure: VCO Job is not liable for service delays caused by events beyond control (natural disasters, network failures, etc.).
- • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of VCO Job’s rights.

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Refunds are not applicable when:

• User cancels after service commencement.

• Wrong information or address is provided by the user.

• Failure occurs due to third-party interference or user negligence.

REFUND PROCESS

• Refund requests must be submitted through the App or by email within 24 hours of service date.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• Refund status will be communicated via email or App notification.
