OVERVIEW
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for services booked via VCO Job.

CANCELLATIONS
- • Users may cancel bookings within the permitted window displayed in the App.
- • Cancellations should be discussed between users and service provider.
- • Once a service provider or partner or professionals visit or service has started, cancellations are generally not permitted.
- • VCO Job may cancel a booking in case of unavailability, unsafe environment, or technical issues.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• VCO Job is not responsible and disclaims all liability for the independent service provider's failure to arrive, complete the service, or for any related service cancellation or deficiency. In the event of such a cancellation or service failure, the user will be eligible for a refund of the payment made through the app, subject to the terms of our Refund Policy. All refunds will be processed via the original payment gateway or other designated method within a certain timeframe, which may vary based on the processing times of the respective financial institutions and payment gateway providers. VCO Job's role is limited to initiating the refund process as per this policy.

• VCO Job cancels a booking due to documented technical malfunctions or system errors within the application (excluding failures originating from external payment gateways), the user shall be eligible for a full refund of any booking or convenience fees paid for that specific transaction.

• In the event of a system error, duplicate or erroneous payments may be processed against the user's account. Such occurrences are unintentional and result solely from technical malfunctions within the payment processing infrastructure. VCO Job is committed to investigating and rectifying any such errors promptly in accordance with its refund policies.

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Refunds are not applicable when:

• User cancels after service commencement.

• Wrong information or address is provided by the user.

• Failure occurs due to third-party interference or user negligence.

REFUND PROCESS

• Refund requests must be submitted through the App or by email within 24 hours of service date.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• Refund status will be communicated via email or App notification.
